As of 1 September 2025, Queensland Government child safety guidelines for digital content became strict regulations. Sprint Marketing complies with these laws by ensuring appropriate procedures for the taking, use, storage, and destruction of children’s images and videos.

Parent/guardian authorisation has been obtained for all children featured

You authorise Sprint Marketing to edit, schedule, and publish the approved material for your business promotion

To minimise risk and ensure compliance, Sprint Marketing implements the following procedures:

All Sprint Marketing personnel hold a current, approved Working With Children Check (QLD and NSW)

Personnel have completed an accredited Child Protection Course

All work is carried out in accordance with the centre’s Use of Digital Technologies Policy

Only images/videos approved by centre staff are used in marketing material

Once media is uploaded to the centre’s official channel, it is deleted from Sprint Marketing devices

Sprint Marketing personnel are always accompanied by a centre director or educator during on-site visits

All content is captured using a registered Sprint Marketing business camera, never a personal device

Centres may request Sprint Marketing to use a centre-owned device to capture media
